Start_up (your) classroom: Entrepreneurship … the basic steps

Some Intro

We live in a rapidly changing society where it is essential that everyone has the capacity to act upon opportunities and ideas, to work with others, to manage dynamic careers and shape the future for the common good and success.

To achieve these goals, we need people and teams with an entrepreneurial mindset, in every aspect of life. The European Commission has developed EntreComp: the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework as a reference framework to explain what is meant by an entrepreneurial mindset.

Entrepreneurship is a dynamic process of vision, change, and creation towards the creation of new ideas and creative solutions. Entrepreneurship education focuses on the cultivation of skills and the development of knowledge that can encourage entrepreneurial success in a diversity of settings.

Variations of Entrepreneurship education can be implemented through all levels of education, from primary school until post-grad school, as the competences and abilities to be developed are in tune with the main pedagogical goals to be pursued in each age and maturity level of education.
